Diese AGB gelten für die Nutzung der App „CraftDex" (nachfolgend „App"), angeboten von CraftDex.
CraftDex ist eine App zum Dokumentieren persönlicher Projekte. Die Basisfunktionen sind kostenlos. Über ein optionales „Pro"-Abonnement werden zusätzliche Funktionen (u. a. unbegrenzte Projekte) freigeschaltet.
Das Pro-Abo ist als Monats- oder Jahresabo erhältlich. Die jeweils gültigen Preise werden vor dem Kauf im Google Play Store angezeigt. Das Abo verlängert sich automatisch um die gewählte Laufzeit, sofern es nicht rechtzeitig gekündigt wird. Kauf, Abrechnung und Verlängerung erfolgen über dein Google-Konto.
Du kannst das Abo jederzeit in den Einstellungen deines Google-Kontos kündigen. Die Kündigung wird zum Ende des laufenden Abrechnungszeitraums wirksam.
Für digitale Inhalte gelten die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. Die Abwicklung von Rückerstattungen richtet sich nach den Richtlinien des Google Play Store.
Du bist für deine in der App gespeicherten Inhalte selbst verantwortlich. Da die Daten lokal auf deinem Gerät liegen, empfehlen wir, wichtige Inhalte zusätzlich zu sichern.
Der Anbieter haftet nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. Für Datenverlust durch Geräteausfall, Deinstallation oder Zurücksetzen der App wird keine Haftung übernommen, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.
Der Anbieter kann diese AGB anpassen. Über wesentliche Änderungen wird in geeigneter Form informiert.
Es gilt österreichisches Recht.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the "CraftDex" app (the "App"), offered by CraftDex.
CraftDex is an app for documenting personal projects. The basic features are free. An optional "Pro" subscription unlocks additional features (including unlimited projects).
The Pro subscription is available as a monthly or annual plan. The applicable prices are shown before purchase in the Google Play Store. The subscription renews automatically for the chosen term unless cancelled in time. Purchase, billing and renewal are handled through your Google account.
You can cancel the subscription at any time in the settings of your Google account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The statutory provisions apply to digital content. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Google Play Store.
You are responsible for the content you store in the app. Since the data is stored locally on your device, we recommend additionally backing up important content.
The provider is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. No liability is accepted for data loss due to device failure, uninstallation or resetting of the app, to the extent permitted by law.
The provider may amend these Terms and Conditions. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner.
Austrian law applies.
