Diese Datenschutzerklärung informiert dich darüber, welche personenbezogenen Daten bei der Nutzung der App CraftDex verarbeitet werden, zu welchem Zweck und welche Rechte dir zustehen.
CraftDex kann vollständig ohne Konto genutzt werden. In diesem Fall werden alle Daten (Projekte, Schritte, Material, Kosten, Zeiten, Fotos) ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert und nicht an uns oder Dritte übertragen.
Erst wenn du dich für die optionale Cloud-Synchronisierung anmeldest, werden Daten zu unserem Dienstleister übertragen (siehe Punkt 4).

Fotos bleiben auf deinem Gerät gespeichert und werden nicht in die Cloud übertragen. Es werden keine Standortdaten erhoben, es findet kein Tracking und keine Werbung statt. Es werden keine Werbe-IDs verarbeitet.
Wir geben deine Daten nicht zu eigenen Zwecken an Dritte weiter. Zur Bereitstellung der App nutzen wir folgende Dienstleister, die Daten nur in unserem Auftrag verarbeiten:
Speichert dein Konto und deine synchronisierten Projektdaten. Anbieter: Supabase, Inc. Eine Übertragung in Drittländer (u. a. USA) kann erfolgen; diese ist durch geeignete Garantien (EU-Standardvertragsklauseln) abgesichert.
Verwaltet In-App-Abonnements und verarbeitet dazu deine Nutzer-ID, einen Geräte-Identifier und den Kaufstatus. Anbieter: RevenueCat, Inc. (USA). Die eigentliche Zahlung erfolgt ausschließlich über Google Play – wir und RevenueCat erhalten keine Zahlungsdaten wie Kartennummern.
Wenn du dich mit Google anmeldest, verarbeitet Google die Anmeldedaten. Anbieter: Google Ireland Ltd. Die Nutzung ist freiwillig; alternativ kannst du dich per E-Mail registrieren.
Vertrieb der App und Abwicklung der Zahlungen. Es gelten zusätzlich die Datenschutzbestimmungen von Google.
Konto- und Projektdaten werden gespeichert, solange dein Konto besteht. Bei Löschung des Kontos werden alle zugehörigen Cloud-Daten gelöscht. Lokale Daten verbleiben auf deinem Gerät, bis du sie dort entfernst oder die App deinstallierst.

This privacy policy informs you about which personal data is processed when using the CraftDex app, for what purpose, and which rights you have.
CraftDex can be used entirely without an account. In that case all data (projects, steps, materials, costs, times, photos) is stored exclusively locally on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.
Only when you sign up for the optional cloud synchronization is data transmitted to our service provider (see point 4).

Photos remain stored on your device and are not transmitted to the cloud. No location data is collected, there is no tracking and no advertising. No advertising IDs are processed.
We do not share your data with third parties for our own purposes. To provide the app, we use the following service providers, which process data only on our behalf:
Stores your account and your synchronized project data. Provider: Supabase, Inc. A transfer to third countries (including the USA) may occur; this is safeguarded by appropriate guarantees (EU standard contractual clauses).
Manages in-app subscriptions and processes your user ID, a device identifier and the purchase status for this purpose. Provider: RevenueCat, Inc. (USA). The actual payment is processed exclusively via Google Play – we and RevenueCat receive no payment data such as card numbers.
If you sign in with Google, Google processes the sign-in data. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd. Use is voluntary; alternatively you can register by email.
Distribution of the app and processing of payments. Google's privacy terms additionally apply.
Account and project data is stored as long as your account exists. When the account is deleted, all associated cloud data is deleted. Local data remains on your device until you remove it there or uninstall the app.
