Konto & Daten löschen

CraftDex (CraftLog)

Du kannst dein CraftDex-Konto und die damit verbundenen Daten jederzeit löschen. Es gibt zwei Wege:

Variante 1: Direkt in der App

  1. Öffne CraftDex und gehe zu den Einstellungen.
  2. Tippe im Bereich Konto (sichtbar, wenn du angemeldet bist) auf „Konto löschen".
  3. Bestätige im Dialog. Dein Konto und alle in der Cloud gesicherten Daten werden dauerhaft gelöscht.

Variante 2: Per E-Mail anfragen

Schreibe eine E-Mail an 2easy4trash@gmail.com mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen" von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du registriert bist. Wir löschen dein Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir die Löschung.

Welche Daten werden gelöscht?

Was bleibt ggf. erhalten?

Daten, die wir aus gesetzlichen Gründen aufbewahren müssen (z. B. Rechnungs-/Steuerbelege zu Käufen über den Google Play Store), werden für die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Dauer aufbewahrt und danach gelöscht. Käufe und Abrechnungen werden von Google verwaltet; ein Abo kündigst du in den Einstellungen deines Google-Kontos.

Hinweis: Projekte, die du ohne Konto nur lokal in der App gespeichert hast, liegen ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät. Du löschst sie in den Einstellungen der App oder durch Deinstallation.

Delete account & data

CraftDex (CraftLog)

You can delete your CraftDex account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways:

Option 1: Directly in the app

  1. Open CraftDex and go to Settings.
  2. In the Account section (visible when signed in), tap "Delete account".
  3. Confirm the dialog. Your account and all data stored in the cloud will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Request by email

Send an email to 2easy4trash@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account" from the email address you registered with. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm the deletion.

What data is deleted?

What may be retained?

Data we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoicing/tax records for purchases via the Google Play Store) is retained for the legally required period and deleted afterwards. Purchases and billing are managed by Google; you cancel a subscription in your Google account settings.

Note: projects you saved without an account exist only locally on your device. Delete them in the app settings or by uninstalling the app.
